Liz Castelli Name falsely Used by Nikki Zaia

Apologies to Ms. Liz Castelli
With the help of my great viewers, I think the person falsely using Ms. Castelli's name and information has been identified. With some great work, I will attach links that lead me and others to believe that Nicolina Zaia, who is NOT a Doctor, may the person falsely using the name of Ms. Castelli and falsely representing herself as a Doctor. So if there is a Liz Castelli out there that has been harmed or needs the information on this person that has been using her name on emails to harass and spread negative information, and continues to use this false name, all while falsely representing herself as a Doctor, I will gladly provide that information.
Before putting out this name, I emailed the fake email account of Ms. Castelli and gave this name to her. I got a return and confirmation email from her and she typed her name as Nikki and told me that she now does not care about me knowing her real name and she has contacted a lawyer. So I take that as confirmation that Ms. Nikki Zaia is likely the person that was falsely using the Ms. Castelli's name.
So it appears that Nikki is in fact HummerAdore and is responsible for the rude emails that I had posted. I hope people understand that the effort to locate this person and identify her was to prevent this type of "cyber bullying" and hate mail from continuing. I think by identifying these people it will prevent people who hide behind false names and credentials and try to make themselves seem more intelligent and accurate when spreading inaccurate information. People with low moral character who make up a false name, say they are a Doctor and cause harm to the Doctor Profession by passing off information as if it is coming from a specially trained and certified Medical Doctor appears to be malicious. The same way people in the horse world can pass themselves off as being trained, certified, trainers or winners of big awards to try and gain credibility. Believing things like this can get you hurt with your horse, so beaware.

I am going to shorten this page and leave partial information of the emails, however, if Liz Castelli needs the original emails with date stamps and IP information to prove her name is being falsely used, I will provide them.
So basically, all the attacks, listing of other works, probably plagiarized, was all an effort to harass and spread lies for what? Because this horse woman wanted to try and be important and pass herself off as a Doctor. It is sad in some ways, but still mean and uncalled for. If this informatoin is correct I hope this person learns a lesson.
I don't think I can file a criminal complaint since I am not the victim of her falsely using my name. However, I will be a witness if Liz Castelli decides to make a criminal complaint.

BEWARE PEOPLE: There are lots of these people out there so be aware and if you know of others doing this I encourage you to report it, especially if they use your name. If I received addional information that disproves this I will update and post it.
Here is a link to Nikki (Possible: Zaia) Youtube page where she tried to hide her identity and continue to use her fake name. In the last email from Nikki she said that others read this page and said it made me look bad. I hope these people contact me to further confirm the identity of this person inpersonating Ms. Liz Castelli. People that think this makes me look bad are obviously seeing things differently than me. Nikki also told me that since I have a web site and do videos, I should expect emails like what she sent. Well let me make it clear, just because I put up this site and videos, does not mean I want or will tolerate this rudeness and meanness from people who want to spread false and misleading information and insults and then do this from the a coward's position of anohters name. To be clear on my position, I do not solicit, want or request emails. I have this educational site up to help horses not to be used by some as a place to spread their hate. I have made it clear in my videos and in my release that if you email me or contact me you consent to your emails being used as I want. If you don't agree then don't email me. Pretty simple even for little minds.
When reading this page please keep in mind, I never contacted Nikki, I never emailed her or asked her to view my videos. She choose to come to my YouTube channel and view my videos. She made a rude public comment hiding behind the name of HummerAdore and then emailed me hiding behind the name of Liz Castelli, I responded. She made other rude comments, I blocked her from my YouTube. She then went to my personal email and started this mission of meanness.
* I would ask you all who read this to put yourself in my shoes and have to deal with this negative and petty meanness everyday and then ask yourself - Why would anyone continue to try and help horse people?
I will let you the reader decide for yourself. Remember, these are unsolicited emails from Nikki and all because she did like my video on Wearing a Helmet. She has made it a personal vendetta to call me names and call others names since they don't agree with her. The pettiness and meanness of this person is not uncommon in the horse world, but for her to put in this much effort and time really shows what kind of person she is. Even thou she is a Doctor or even a Nurse, to pretend this is harmful to others in the profession. You be the judge and you decide, if her emails are justified and if you would like to have to deal with people like this?
Please notice in these emails how she goes from disagreeing to name calling and degrading another reader (I will withhold her name) just because this reader agrees with me. Then she goes on to attacking my poor web site, which did nothing, but she has to attack it since it is only HTML. Sorry I can not afford to have a professional web designer, I try and put information out to help people who can't afford others. I would rather people help horses than have to pay for a fancy web site. She then attacks the spelling of this other person and then calls her names. Notice also her constant reference to how much money she has and has sold her horses for. To me this is a very narcissistic type personality.

Though it is quite clear that you don't have the education or the IQ (never mind the subscriptions - or the money to subscribe to - Elsiver, SciDirect, JAMA, NJM, and the like) I have provided a simple Google Scholar search link for you on the multiple studies (and multiple more citations) on head trauma and horseback riding injuries.

You still don't get it and if you think anything from FEI is going impress me or suddenly make me think you are good with horse, you obviously did not watch my video on FEI Reining. Great sport and great judges and great rules and great at being idiots.
For the last time I get it, helmets can help and save your life. I promote safety through knowledge of the horse not bits, whips, boots, helmets, feed and other things that other people may like. Feel free to start your own channel about helmets, make videos, have your own website about it. I don't care.
See I don't voluntarily go other people's web site and then try and argue, push my opinion, complain and try and convince them they are wrong. However there are many women, that's right I said it, women who have to push their view to me, tell everyone what and how they should do something and give unwanted advice thinking they are smarter and know best.
I assure you there are more horses hurt from stupid people than people hurt from not wearing a helmet. So I put my videos out for people to view IF THEY WANT TOO. I don't follow, stalk, or push my view to anyone, people have to come to my site with their own brain. So the weirdoes that want to stalk me to push their view is a pain in butt. Which is why I simply blocked you thinking you would get the hint and I did not care to argue or hear what you have to say. Of course your helmet may protect your brain, but only you can refuse to use your brain. So here is a tip, when someone blocks you, we call that a clue in Cop work, they don't want to hear what you have to say.
Perhaps your helmet is too tight and missed that clue, so I will try and be more clear. I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK.
Please go argue, push your view, try and find someone else to waste your time with and take on some other cause than me.

It is people like him that put people like you on my service. When you finish medical school and you too are a third year fellow in neurosurgery specializing in closed head injuries (you know, the kind you suffer when you take a completely freak fall off your horse because he takes a misstep in a ditch and you go flying?) then we can talk about who is being "stupid".
If you had any knowledge or common sense, you'd know that "helping horses" and wearing headgear are mutually exclusive (you know what that means, don't you? Here's a link to the dictionary if you need some help: dictionary.com). Your horse does not benefit from YOU wearing a helmet just as you do not benefit from the driver in the car next to you wearing a seat belt.
Do you understand the concept of shared media? Our dear friend Rick made the decision to post a video on YouTube and ENABLE the comments. He also made the decision to link his website to his YouTube channel. He can kick and scream and demand that people only agree with him all he wants, if he doesn't want to be proven wrong, then don't give people ample opportunity to do so.
As a physician, I never want to see someone suffer a catastrophic injury that could have statistically been avoided by using a simple piece of equipment. As an American, I also believe in the right to free speech. So if Rick wants to post a video saying that he thinks that adults have the right to CHOOSE whether or not to wear a helmet, that is his OPINION and not one that necessitates being backed by hard evidence.
However, Rick makes claims that helmets are DANGEROUS. This is where my comments become pertinent (again, see dictionary.com). As scientists, we learn very early on in our education that every statement that is not considered common knowledge (i.e. "the sky is blue" or "America is a country" with references derrived from PUBLISHED, RESEARCHED, PRIMARY sources. Providing false information to an uneducated public can be extremely perilous. In fact, if someone were to take Rick's advice (he makes no disclaimers) and to become seriously injured because of it, Rick could end up being sued for everything he's worth. Doctors have malpractice insurance, but there is no such thing as idiot insurance.
I have been riding for 20 years. The net worth of my current horses exceeds what you AND Rick (and likely several other people) will make in a lifetime. I own an FEI GP horse who is short-listed (now you have two hints, go figure out who I am if you're so bent on embarrassing yourself). I have ridden with the top trainers in the industry and am friendly with a whole host of others. I have no respect for this "natural horsemanship" bull; let me tell you something, it's ALL been done before and FAR before the likes Rick walked the earth. If you actually knew how to ride, you'd understand the benefits of aids. It's the difference between driving a Ferrari and a Chevy Nova. Though I am quite sure you'll never have the opportunity to drive a Ferrari.
So unless and until you get an education both academically and in horses, please step away from the keyboard and save yourself a tremendous amount of embarrassment.

The first horse I just turned down an offer for $120,000. The second horse has won almost $200,000 in his career.
Why do I not have public videos? Because I don't use YouTube as a form of entertainment. It is solely to send videos of sale horses to potential buyers and to get videos across the country quickly when I am in Germany or Holland or Argentina buying. I do not need to stroke my ego by posting videos for just anyone. Unlike some people.
First of all, the term is Neurosurgeon, not "Nuro Surgeon". If you are so incapable of spelling such a simple little word, then I hardly take stock in the fact that you are "apparently" getting a masters (of which I have two, by the way. One in bioinformatics and a second in Public Health. The first one I did before medical school, the second I did during. So getting a master's degree is certainly NOT an impressive feat.) Of course there is a credentialing board. But after Rick chose to post my "personal" information (really, an email address attached to a nom du plume I used when I was in college and wanting to write a book? How useful.), why on EARTH would I put my personal information out on the internet and risk peons like you bothering my work or my business? That's just common sense, child.
As for why I don't make my own videos "handling" horses? Oh, I don't know, because I'm a third year fellow who works an obscene amount of hours and I am not at all concerned with posting videos for others?
I have seen Rick and people like him a million times. They haven't a clue what they are actually doing but are so adamant that they are right that they provide very dangerous and faulty information. Rick's website is embarrassing, both from an informational standpoint and from a design standpoint. If he's so good at what he does, he'd be making enough money to have someone design a site that doesn't look like it was written in html in the mid 90's. But clearly no one intelligent enough to make more than minimum wage hires him.
I hope to god you and Rick take up tennis and leave horses to those of us who not only have the talent to ride and train, but the intelligence to do so as well. Actually, please don't take up tennis, either. You might hurt someone.
And as for my ego? Yeah, I have one. If I didn't, I wouldn't be hugely successful as a physician or as an owner/rider. Your problem, not mine.

I really think you have issues but I don't care, all I wanted was for you to get a freaking life and move on but you want to keep on escalating this, so I will post your response, I will do a video addressing you bi-polar behavior and harassing and stalking behavior and use it to justify why I am disgusted with people who claim to care about horses and then do what you do.
So this isn't really you and you using someone's name to defame them, that is court actionable offense for someone. You should read my release that clearly states you waive and give me permission to use your emails.
As for you slander claim, slander is false statements, kind of like you using someone's name to spew your hate and meanness, unlike me simple stating my opinion of what you factually wrote. So perhaps you will tell me you are lawyer now and want to debate and write a useless thesis on how smart you are.

Youtube took down my video on helmets due to this sad pathetic woman. Nikki hides behind false names, uses other people's names, passes herself off as a Doctor and all this just so she can try and impress some people on the net. I really hope the real Liz Castelli files charges against this woman.
Some will say just ignore these people, others might agree with this lady and some will see that dealing with these types of people is crazy and why would anyone do this. I am with the why would anyone do this. It just amazes me that this person, whoever her split personality is at the moment, would go through all this for what? What was gained by all this? You can tell she takes pleasure out of causing grief, but why? She uses a fake name and account, then wants to talk that I am doing slander, then she is sharing this with her friends and then she removes her videos and blocks her Youtube account. She wants me to post my replies to her emails, people know how I reply no sense in repeating shut the hell up, leave me alone barn witch, get a life and go to hell. When people hear me talk about the meanness at barns, the women that let other horses loose just to be mean, the poisoning of horses of people they don't like, the putting drugs in other people's feed so the horse will not perform well at a show, throwing wires and bolts in people's hay to hurt the horse of a person they don't like or agree with, this is the type of people horse's attract. Is there anyone that wonders, if this woman would go through all this just because she did not like my video, what would she do if you said something against her, if you talked about her horse, if you did not praise her and tell her she was the best? I just shake my head. Notice how she ran to all her videos I posted and made them private so they cannot be viewed now. Real strong and proud Doctor, to scared to let people see her exceptional riding. Won't put it out there for others to critique her, but will spread her hate on others that do. This lady obviously has watched many of my videos and spent lots of time on my site and has some long term issues with me or my comments about horse women and maybe this is how she deals with it. I will never understand how you hate someone yet you keep coming back to watch their videos. A prefect example of my interview with a woman that hates me video.
For the life of me I don't get it, how such a kind and wonderful creature as a horse could draw such abusive, mean and hateful people. Yet I see it everyday on my site, on my YouTube channel and at just about every barn I visit.
Not sure how much longer I will continue to do what I do since the negative influences of such bitter, mainly horse women, gets older by the day. But I do know I am helping many horses and get many positive letters so that helps balance it out, but I really question why to continue or why anyone would do this. Which would explain why many don't do this.
I have definitely come to one sure conclusion. The worst part of horses is dealing with horse people.
So the next time a Vet is short or rude to you, or the next time the people selling hay is rude and short, the next time a Farrier is not nice, or the next time another horse person does not talk to you or want to help you, perhaps you will understand what makes horse people the way they are. The old question, which came first, the chicken or the egg?
Dealing with this daily is really getting old and not much I can do about it but stop what I am doing. I normally ignore most or respond with negative emails, get in the mud with these lunatics and usually, most move on after a few emails, but this so called Doctor is obsessed. This page is not so much about this specific weirdo, but about the general atmosphere of the horse world. Look at the woman that called the police on me because she did not like my answer, the woman that wanted her police son to put out a warrant for my arrest, the lady that wanted her husband to fly down and beat me up, the lady that wanted to sue me since she left her kid unattended to crawl under her horse, all over just questions I answered for them and they did not like the answer.
All this time wasted on dealing with this could have been spent more productively and used to help horses rather than to fight off this meanness.
Sorry to bring this negative crap to those that just want to learn and help horses, but I really don't think people can understand how old and tiresome this gets unless they see it first hand.
Back to the real point of this site, our wonderful horses. Go give your horses a carrot and an apple, that is where I am headed.
